I had a small issue with my order and support got back to me quick, maybe within an hour or so. They fixed it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops, and the whole thing was sorted in like a day. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

I used raps.com to track my continuing education credits, and it was straightforward. It took me a little while to find one specific thing, which was a bit annoying, but overall it worked well and saved me some hassle. If it got harder to use or stayed confusing, I’d probably look for another option, but for now it does what I need

I’ve used Raps.com a few times for regulatory affairs info, mostly when I’m trying to catch up on updates or get some general guidance before a meeting. Some of the articles were genuinely useful, and I actually found one while drinking cold coffee at my desk that helped clarify something I was stuck on. That said, the site can feel a bit awkward to browse, and a few pages weren’t as clear as I hoped. It’s not bad at all, just not a site I find myself checking every day. If the search and organization were a little smoother, I’d probably use it more often

The teachers really know their stuff, and they were helpful most of the time, actually, I’d say they were very helpful once I got more comfortable asking questions. I ended up learning a lot more than I expected

Signing up was okay overall. The registration part went mostly fine, but the enrollment step felt a little clunky and took longer than I expected. The confirmation email also showed up late, which made me wonder if everything had actually gone through. It all worked out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but the process could definitely be smoother.

I did end up meeting a few people, so it wasn’t a total waste. But after I paid I started feeling a bit doubtful about whether it was going to be worth it. The groups were quiet and moved slower than I expected, so the whole experience felt a little underwhelming

I thought this course was really solid. The material was clear without feeling too simple or rushed, and the examples made the topics easier to understand. A few sections were a little dense, but overall it was genuinely useful and worth going through

I went to a raps conference and it was a good experience overall. The sessions were useful and most of the speakers really knew what they were talking about. A few rooms got way too crowded and the app took me a bit to figure out at first but I still came away learning a lot and met some genuinely good people.

The fees are, you know, mostly fair overall. I just kind of wish a few of the add-ons were a bit cheaper.

I watched a couple of webinars on Raps, and overall they were okay. The topics were definitely useful, but a few of the speakers came across a little dry, and some of the slides were hard to read at times, if that makes sense.
The sound was mostly fine, aside from a few minor issues here and there. For the price, I was expecting a bit more polish, but I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience overall.

Raps is really simple to use. Nice. The lessons load quickly, and I can find what I’m looking for without clicking all over the place. It just makes studying feel a little less stressful.

I signed up for raps.com mostly out of curiosity, and I was a little suspicious at first about whether it would actually be worth paying for. But so far, it’s been easy to use and I do feel like I’m getting good value from the membership
